is it safe to drive in my '96 toyota camry from Portland, OR to Seattle? My car has done around 130k now... I recently changed oil. Is there anytrhign else I should take care specially in my car for the long drive? or is it not a long drive at all? ;)

130k is not a lot for a Camry. If there's nothing really wrong with the car, I mean if you're not having trouble with it, I would do it.

Are you tires in good shape? Any time you're in Washington it's likely to rain. Bald tires are bad news in the rain. Also before any long trip like that I would check the air pressure. Other than that, I would just jump in the car and drive!
 
If it's mechanically sound, go for it. That is a relatively short drive and it's freeway the entire trip.
