the hot wire in my car that usually hooks up to the stero doesnt work so i had to run it directly to the battery. so let me know if its safe to run the stero and amp hot wire to the battery..
you need an inline fuse so you don't burn up the wiring in the event of a short. check your owners manual on the stereo equipment for the recommended fuse.
