Is it safe for an infant to ride in a jeep wrangler with the top off?

I'm currently expecting and my boyfriend is desperately seeking a wrangler to become his main vehicle. I'm very concerned about whether or not it is even safe to have an infant in a vehicle like that with the top off. Would a baby's lungs be able to handle the air pressure that would come at the baby? If not, what would be an age that it would be safe for a child to be in the vehicle?
 
It is definetly not safe for an infant, especially a newborn to be riding in a car like that. The pressure of the wind even at 25mph is too much for a newborn to handle. Not just with breathing, but a newborn's head is extremely fragile because their bone structure is not fully developed in the head region. I wouldn't suggest the baby would ride in that vehicle and perhaps try to find a more suitable car for now. As for the 2nd question, I am not quite sure.
