Is it possible we could 'accidently' find out the sex of our baby?

We are due to have our 20 week ultrasound this week and we are pretty sure that we don't want to know if it's a boy or a girl.
Has anyone accidently found out the sex of their baby at an ultrasound?
 
Your Doctor who is giving you your ultrasound could say.
He is very healthy, you should not expect a major problem.
Or My she is such a gymnast....They could slip and use he and she instead of the baby.
