Is it possible to write a book with a plot like this and still be good?

I'm in high school and I'm attempting to write my own novel...

I don't really want to give too much of the plot away, but my book is supposed to be a mix of Science Fiction as well as Fantasy... (Kind of like the Star Wars films, but with completely different settings, plots, characters, etc.)...

Sci-Fi Elements: The story centers in a large Metropolis like city, built in a Post-Apocalyptic Earth after World War 3... Lots of advance technology, large military presence, etc.)

Fantasy Elements: My books supposed to be based also on Christian Mythology for the most part... So it also includes things such as Angels, Demons, Heaven and Hell, a Messiah, the nature of God...etc.)

If I'm a good writer and I believe I can execute such a story properly, should I try it or is it doomed to be a failure...

I mean, I wouldn't put anything crazy in there like Angels VS Unicorns VS Aliens....

Why would it be a failure? Unless you're a sh*t writer and you have no clue how to put a story together.
Sci-fi/Fantasy is a very common combination, so it's not like you're breaking any publishing boundaries that won't be understood or interesting. It's a hugely successful genre, so if you fail, it's your fault!
I sound mean don't I?
I'm really not! I adore books just like the one you seem to be writing. Best of luck.

Good Nomura-sensei would attack you for Angels VS Unicorns VS Aliens.

It kinda reminds me of FFVII in a way, not a bad way. I think it'd be possible for you to write a good book with that plot. But I think you'd need to show us some actual pieces of writing before we doom it to failure or success.

Hey, it's better than Girl meets Guy Girl is really a Super God who will lead the earth into enlightenment! I look forward to the day your novel comes out on shelves
