Any converter use to tv as a monitor. my monitor is broken.

depends on the output options of your pc. if you have s-video and your tv has s-video you can or any other as well vga HDMI, even composite video if your pc has an output for it.

yes and if ur TV is too old try and use an RF Modulator....RadioShack has them 15 20 bucks...its an attachment that u can hook up that basically gives your TV the colored plugs and S-Video...

Depends on the input of the TV. Any modern LCD is no problem. Most TV's support S-Video, too, so in worst case scenario you could use that.
