Is it possible to use PHP Includes in my EXISTING php pages with Integrated wordpress?

I'd like to know if there's some sort of simple code/tool to use to be able to use the PHP includes I have currently on my website, but use my wordpress theme. I've successfully integrated wordpress in a test subdomain, but I'd like to put it on my main site without having to redo every single page/use the pages in wordpress admin. Can I do this?
