Is it possible to transfer Cydia(app) from one phone to another?

Hey there, well a friend of mine has the Cydia app that allows you to do almost anything and I thought it was pretty freaking neat! He's willing to let me borrow his iPhone to attempt and transfer it onto my iPhone...the only problem is, I don't know if it's possible. I'm hoping someone out there might help! :)
