I was recently sentenced to 6 months probation, terms including 3 days community service through the county jail, 3 twelve-step meetings per week, costs and fines( which I paid in full ), and random drug screens! The crime was not really major, I failed to stop after being in a car accident, which noone was hurt and I wasn't under the influence of anything when it happened!! The jail time that I read for that offense was up to 90 days in jail!! Can I tell my PO that I'm not able to serve the terms of probation and instead would rather go to jail? If so how much jail would they give me for this? I'm in Michigan and the jails here are quit crowded but I don't care and I don't care about it going on my record either!!! Please HELP!!!!
