no, bluetooth has to make a connection, also bluetooth is short range, unlike text messaging which is long range signals.
 
I'm 15. At an rv park. there's this cute girl in the spot next to me. she's 15. Can i send a message via bluetooth somehow from my iphone or mac to her bluetooth on her phone?
