Is It possible to sell a motocross dirt bike with out a clear title?

It is a 2005 Honda CR 250R I never finished paying off through Honda financing. They have never asked for the return of the bike and have since stopped requesting pay off.
 
You cant sell what u dont own...they have probaly listed it as stolen..or a involuntary repo and their looking for it..but ull find out when u try and sell it with out the title and if u do then u can be held responsible for whatever the person does with the bike..and also guilty of a felony...
