...genetically inclined to build..? I am seeing results after using the iron gym for like 5 days in the morning for like an 1 hour doing push ups pull ups and sit us? Isn't that a little fast? Am I hallucinating or Am I genetically inclined to build muscle faster ( as for most Haitians)?
 
When do you notice this? I am doing P90X and am using the Iron Gym for the pullups, and I notice on my "glamour muscle" days (chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders) that I'm larger after doing the workouts. However, that's because the muscles are still in action and the blood is pumped. A couple of days later, they're back to normal. If you are working out that much every day, they are going to look big. That's not to say it's NOT genetic, but it's a possible reason. On a side note, you say you're doing this every day. Make sure you're giving your muscles a chance to recover. You don't want to do this EVERY day.
 
You could be a mesomorph, which means you are thicker and wider and your body is naturally more capable of supporting more muscle. That is most likely what you mean by genetics. Not the prick who goes "your black". There has been no empirical evidence to prove it, and there have been numerous studies testing that theory, buddy. It is a myth proven false, so go beat your dead horse you racist.

Anyways, try to do more than just those basics. try to do a hanging row by propping your feet up on a chair so you are parallel to the floor, arms stright out in front of you, and performing the row from there. Do differing hand positions on pullups (chinups, curlups, neutral grip if your bar has it) and also try to throw in leg stuff you don't need weights for like body squats, lunges and wall sits. Won't be long and you will be a man-monster!
