I am currently running Adobe Acrobat 9 on Windows. Throughout the day I am opening new documents and adding text fields that need to have very specific sizing and font settings.
For example:
1)Open PDF, create text field of Helvetica size 12, place field.
2)Create separate text field of Courier size 4, place field.
3)Create separate text field of Ariel size 12, place field.
This is done multiple times during the day. What I'm trying to figure out, is is it possible for me to create text field "templates" that can be saved into my Adobe and accessed quickly every time I open a new PDF? So that perhaps I can save tons of time by not having to enter into the "properties" field for every single text field that I place?
For example:
1)Open PDF, add text field template: "Helvetica 12", place field.
2)Add text field template "Courier 4", place field.
3)Add text field template "Ariel 12", place field.
I hope that this makes sense. In essence I would like to save the settings that I use over and over again to some sort of "quick function" (like a hotkey, or a drop down template menu) that could be used globally in my Acrobat settings.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
