No, they are built strickly for the palystation consoles.

Many consoles can be run on a computer, but I doubt that there is a good emulator for PS2.
However, there are plenty of good emulators for pre 2000 consoles.
For NES, Nestopia, for SNES, ZSNES, N64, Project 64, amazing what google can tell you.

I believe there are emulators that will allow you to play them. However I am unsure to where you can get them and the games. I have no clue how much it would cost either.
