one? In August my mom bought a washer and dryer set. I usually do the laundry, so she hasn't ever used it. Today she came into the laundry room to put away some detergent she bought.
She noticed that this set is the wrong one. She wanted the largest capacity model in order to wash a king sized comforter, when she was at the store she told the man she wanted the largest model available.
The guy led her to one and said it was the largest model, but my mom said it seemed to be the same size as our current one, which barely holds my queen comforter. He said no, that was an optical illusions (seriously, he actually said that) and since this machine did not have an agitator it held much more.
We bought that model, but now realize that there is a larger one.
Can my mom return this machine even thought it has been used or exchange it for the larger model since that was originally tried to buy but was swindled out of?
She bought it from a Lowes
