Is it possible to replace my mobile intel(R) 945gm express chipset family

with a better graphics card? I cant seem to find out if it possible to replace my cruddy graphics card with say for instance, nvidia 230m

The chip is usually just soldered on the motherboard on the laptop, so no its not interchangeable sorry.
