You will go to MEPS one final time before you leave, and it is there that you will take the oath of enlistment. Before the oath, you will sign your final, PERMANENT paper work. You can choose to refuse at that time, and then you can still get out without any strings attached.That will be your last chance to do this though, and trust me, you don't want to be a reject from boot camp. I saw lots of those during basic and it wasn't fun for them.
