is it possible to put cockatiels outdoors in an avery, when they have been

raised indoors? We have just inherited two cockatiels which have been raised indoors, and we are looking at building a big avery for them outdoors. We live in Regional Victoria where it can get pretty cold. Is it safe for us to do so.
