Is it possible to paint ceramic tiles successfully without signs of wear and peeling?

I have this perfectly tiled shower. Impeccable installation. Perfect grout. Perfect caulking where needed. Looks like new. Nothing wrong with it, whatsoever. Except---it is light pink, an ugly dusty rose light pink. UGH!!

I am willing to do whatever it takes to do this job once and do it right. What products do I need to ready the tiles, prime them and paint them? Should I use a brush or a roller? If a roller, should it be a napped roller or a foam sponge roller? I want to do this right, any advise??

No. Don't do it. It will look good for about a minute and then peel and flake, discolor and get mold and mildew. You're better off to cover the walls with a tub surround kit, available at most home centers.
