Nope. You have to call the store--actually the grooming salon in the store. I encourage you to call them a couple of days prior to wanting your pet groomed--because sometimes they are full. I also advise you--to ask pricing up front on the phone. I used Petsmart in Oklahoma, had a nice cost for grooming. to my utter shock and horror, when I took my new American Eskimo last week, they charged me triple of what I was charged in Oklahoma City! To find the info on the website--look on the home page. There is a section to "locate stores". Then it will take you to another page. THen select "stores only with grooming salons". Then find the store you want, get the phone number, and call them. Yes its a royal pain in the neck but Petsmart is a huge corporation. The grooming salons are only a part of these stores, and each one operates a bit differently. Good luck hope I was of some help!
