Yes but run outside and in telling you those pills made me want to kill myself and made me depressed, they'll make you feel the same... Stay away. I've read they HAVE killed people and barely even work. Just watch your calories, no less than 1200 and no more than 1800. Carbs are neccesary. I've done my research and on a low carb diet you'll gain all the weight back once you start eating normal no doubt so there's no point when people lose weight with carbs. Don't ear more than 170g. Eat like 60g of protein and have a plate of veggies/fruit each day. Only water and foods that help with weight loss are: natural peanut butter, veggies, fruits, oatmeal, whole grain breads like brown rice. Please take this advice and stop the pills I used them and regret it a lot.
