You should get this book called The Oriental 7-Day Quick Weight-Off Diet by John Heinerman - you have full meals and are not starving yourself, and you lose weight healthily plus it requires no exercise for the lazy people. By eating the right foods and the right amount, you lose weight and gain healthiness.
Remember losing weight requires will power (Damn all those delicious unhealthy tasty goodies!) and if you truly respect yourself then you won't treat your body that way by starving it
