lol you can lose 16 pounds in only 3 months.. maybe even less IT DEPENDS HOW MUCH AND HOW OFTEN YOU EXCERSISE!! .. are you really that dang lazy to excersise? no offense, i hope i didn't offend you. =]
 
Nope, exercise is ideal for weight loss, even though diet is 80% of the equation, but that is only because you need to eat right to fuel your WORKOUTS!

This may be coming off as rude (which by all means I am NOT trying to be, it just irks me when people try to lose weight, but then refuse to work for it), but why don't you want to work out? If you refuse to work out, but eat right, you'll lose weight, but at less than half the pace than if you had a strong exercise routine. Fitness is not for lazy people!
 
That's only three pounds per month. So you need to cut out at least 9000 calories a month which isn't much at all. But it is very possible - depending on your body type, resting metabolic rate and how active you were in your past.

By the way, the "9000" comes from the fact that it takes 3000 calories to burn to lose 1 pound of fat (typically).
