I have no fighting experiance at all and I am only 14 but I would like to learn how to defend myself just in case. I don't live near any good martial arts schools or trainers. So I was wondering if just watching a martial arts program on youtube could actually work. If anyone else has learned from watching training videos please tell me how long it took you to learn the basics and how you progressed. Thanks.
