Is it possible to internally damage my wife's breast through rough sex?

Serious question. Biting, squeezing, etc. She doesn't mind the pain, and actually reacts quite well to it. The concern is that it might cause some long term or internal damage beyond the skin.

Does anyone have any information regarding this issue? We'd appreciate it.
