Is it possible to imaging odor and taste of compound if we know its structure...

...and bonding properties ? it is possible to imaging color of compound if we know the structure of compound by presence of metal having free space in its sub atomic orbital as Fe having red color etc

we can also predict the state of compound solid , liquid , gas at normal temperature and pressure

but can we say its odor ( smell) and taste buy just knowing its structure at some instant

what kind of structure having sweet taste, astringent taste , no taste etc...

what kind of structure are having fruity odor, nasty odor etc

what kind of structure are volatile?
