Ok you are not actually popping anything. It the tearing of the skin around the vagina opening. If you have not had sex for awhile yes it can heal and tear again. Also if the man you previously slept with was not as thick as the man you slept with now it can tear. It does bleed, your fine though. It could also mean your pregnant and that was implantation bleed ( the fetus latching on the vagina wall). Either way NOTHING popped.
