Too many variables really. It depends on where you get stationed, if there is a community college nearby (or on-base). And if your commander feels like letting you take college classes and if it doesn't interfere with your duty.
You'll have education paid for while in the service and when you get out, you'll have a G.I. Bill. That much is a guarantee, the problem is finding time and being allowed to take college classes. But generally speaking, yes it is possible to go to college while in the Army.
