I just came here from over seas and i just got my driving learner permit.I passed the writing test and still, I have to take the real driving test after 90 days.I have been driving for years now .so,I really know how to drive.
Staying at my ant hows is killing me, I cant go any where and we don't have public transportation here in Fort Wayne / Indiana .
Any one knows how i can make this faster ?
Do i need to get auto insurance in order to be able to drive using my learner permit ?
