My father informed me today that tomorrow we'd be switching to sprint from verizon and he didn't want to pay more than $75 a month for my phone. The only phone I saw that really looked nice and had good reviews was the HTC Snap. However, the smart phones do require a data plan. I have zero use for the internet and email. I only need unlimited text and minimal minutes. My question here is if I can get the HTC Snap with the $49.99 Unlimited Messaging plan and just have internet and email blocked. I'm not sure if it's possible, I saw on a few of the user reviews that you can opt out from those features.
