Is it possible to get into a Business Grad School with a low gpa?

I have a year to graduate from college, but my gpa is really low and i haven't done any community service or internships. If i come out of undergrad school with a avg gpa between 2.5 and 3.0 with a decent gmat score and a year or 2 of work experience in my field, then is it possible to get into a business grad school after a couple years of receiving my bachleors? i don't have a desire to get into any top notch business school, but i am just concerned if i will be able to get into any grad school at all. I will appreciate any suggestions or comments, thanks.
