Is it possible to get console banned from Xbox just for using a mod to reach the...

if you use any type of mod whether its your controller, your xbox, watever and you use it to advance you in a game and the xbox admins find out you can be banned
 
...test room in oblivion? I was just curious. I'm not talking about going crazy and hacking/moding to play pirated games for free or anything like that.

All I'm talking about is using 1 small mod to altar the game save to reach the test room in the oblivion game and that's it. The game is official. Xbox is not moded in any way. Only hardware I'm using is external hardware that hooks up to the harddrive to trasfer save data for oblivion from the Computer to the Xbox.

So the Xbox is legit. The game is legit. Everything is legit.

I would appreciate if the people who attempt to answer the question could provide some sort of source or proof for their claim.

Rather then just throwing hearsay and rumors my way.

Sorry if i sound strict,but there seem to be a bunch of mixed answers and that is going to get me no where. That's why i would appreciate the people answering could tell me where they are getting their information from.
