Is it possible to get a normal bacterial skin infection that gets cured by its

own after unprotected sex? my partner was tested and had no STD. But after having sex I'm having some red bumbs on my back and doctor told me that I'm having a bacterial skin infection and gave me antibiotics of allergy and an ointment that kills bacteria. I didn't tell him about the unprotected sex though as I'm sure he has no STD [well..actually I couldn't, my parents were there :( ] What do you think? Am I in the wrong medication?!
 
No but, if you don't have the bacterial infection he think you have and it doesn't work against the std if that's what it is, then your in trouble. In more then one way. I think you'd better come clean and let it hang out so you can get the proper medication.
