without voiding your warrenty? is there a file out there you can burn to a disc and it will update it?
mr chill stop being an ass it seems i have answered many of your questions from my other account and i wasent an ass!
 
of course it's possible, just have him/her stand by the window and pull it's exterior off and it's hard drive will be showing!! then help him/her put it back on quickly... that's some old fashoin flashing for ya!!!
