is it possible to download a full & free version of photo-shop program?

I need the latest or one of the best versions of photo-shop that works with windows vista...I've tried to download it from many websites..but they only provide extra brushes, templates & filters :S
i'm not willing to buy the CD..so do u recommend me of any good website where i can find free program & ready to download...plz help me
 
If you're looking to do it legally, there is no free version, just trail versions.

If you want photoshop like program, try GIMP @ http://www.gimp.org
 
You can download a free months trial at adobe's site.
There are ways of downloading it free but usually come with Trojans and the program doesn't work properly anyway. Photoshop is not free Its very expensive but you could try elements which is very cheap comparatively or download the gimp which is an excellent freeware that does many of the things photoshop can do.
