Is it possible to do a b18 swap on a mazda?

Just curious if a b18 swap can be done on my 02 protege. Looking to make the car faster and right now its not. Or looking for ways to give my enginge more power
 
i guess i can be posible, lot of modifications, you have to change everything because the honda engines are on the driver side, mazda engine is on the passenger side.... lot of work to change the trans mounts and engine as well, not mentioning the ac has to be changed

but once you do that... call me ill beat your honda engine in a easy way
i got a protege 2002 with 215HP aspirated engine or with a glc 82 with 512HP you choose :D
 
Its possible. You would need to do a lot of customization. Have you looked to see if anyone has swapped the engine from a mazdaspeed3 into a protege yet? That would be a better route to go in my opinion.
