Is it possible to convert a 350 Chevy motor?

Is it possible to convert a 95 fuel injectiion 350 motor to a Carborated one? I have a 95 LT1 and I wanted to put it into my 79 camaro. At minimal cost.
 
I dont see why not. pretty much all your gonna do to make it happen is change intakes and still use a electric fuelpump
