is it possible to change your face in wind?

i dont knoe why but just now i remembered this weird show about a bug and a worm...i think it was called freaky stories or something...but they told these weird stories,,,,the stories seemed fake but i was to young 2 question them...there was this story bout some fat guy who use to make faces from his car and the wind made it stay that way....???????....then he stood in the wind again and it changed back......weirdd....but ive heard many people say that dont pull your face in the wind...is it true???
