Is it possible to change my SEVIS fee to new school?

In Fall 2009, I applied for IIT, Chicago, and sent my sevis fee for that university. When I was rejected for IIT, then I have changed my sevis fee for University of New Orleans. Again this semester (Spring 2010) I have got admission from New Mexico State University and Illinois Institute of Technology. So do I need to pay SEVIS fee again or can change my previous fee to new university? Thanks in Advance
