Is it possible to change a mobile number without changing your phone?

I've one something so stupid, I feel embarrassed talking about it. Anyway, I'm with T-Mobile and I was wondering, can you change a mobile number without changing the phone or network or whatever?
 
Yeah. you just need to call customer service and ask them to change it. It really does not matter about if you have an old or brad new phone. You not even need a new sim card, you will be able to still using the same one you have now.

T-mobile will change your phone number right away but that is not free. You willhave topay $25.00 in the next bill.


I thin, they have a n option that allow all their customers to choose their phone number if its available otherwise they will assigne you one.
