Is it possible to be in the army national guard as enlisted and be in army rotc

full time at my college? I did some research the other day and thought of the idea for myself of being in the army national guard and be in army rotc at the same time becuase i ultimately want to be an infantry officer in the guard. I asked someone on the national guard website the other day and they said that as long as i am on a rotc contract i am not forced to deploy. But from what i understand about rotc is that you dont sign a contract usually until your 3rd year. So how would this work would i be deployable in my first two years of college. to solve that problem could i ask to sign a contract for ROTC in my first year.

or how would this work if someone can shead some light on this matter it would be much appreciated
 
your rotc instructors would be the experts on this issue..

myself if you cant deploy i'm not sure your eligible to join.. and if you are eligible to join.. then i think you can deploy.

unless you have a contract saying you cannot deploy.. YOU CAN DEPLOY...it's up to your service. I'm sure tho.. they would let you continue with your rotc when you got back from your deployment(s) to haliburtons war of profit.
