Is it possible to be agree with conservative financial ideas but disagree

You can call that person 'friend' or 'co-worker.'

We cannot all agree on everything all the time. That would be boring.

It's possible. Currently there are many Democrats who are publicly disagreeing with the President about his economic plan but who would be pro-choice (average social issue). I would think that most people who have those ideas would be conservative Democrats because the GOP is very much in lock step about social issues.

Fiscal conservatives and social conservatives are the main two in this country and often clash on ideas.

There is conservative and there is what is called 'socially conservative' which has overlap. I think government should be small and should not be interfering with personal decisions, both. I find that consistent and call it 'conservative.'
