Is it possible to add bluetooth capabilities to a device that doesnt have bluetooth?

I have an Archos 28 and I really want to pair it to my phone. It apparently doesn't have bluetooth on it and I was wondering if there was an upgrade or an app I can add to it to be able to do this.
