I have seen the style of animation Macromedia Flash produces, but is it possible to make an anime show using Flash? Here are the steps if you still don't quite understand what I mean:
1 - Draw an image/scene/character
2 - Color using photoshop
3 - Import to Flash and animate it there.
Will these steps allow one to create a fluid animation video that can resemble anime - styled animation?
~P.S. Will increasing the frames per second aid in this task?
