Is it possible to access internet on G'FIVE U800 mobile handset? If yes how?

I have tried to access internet on my G'FIVE U800 mobile handset but, I could not. My network provider (Airtel) denied to give me the settings for GPRS. Is there any other ways to activate internet/GPRS on my Handset?
