Is it possible that Spiderman 3 can top it's predecessor? ***HYPE TALK***

Probably pretty damn close, but there will be some Harry Osborn/Green Goblin stuff in there as well. And course some stuff with the symbiote changing Peter's personality as well.

As far as Spidey 4, nothing official of course, but there was an interview with the guy who played J.J. saying that everyone in gung ho to do more movies even though they were only signed to do 3.

so fuck.. i bet they are going to post pone venom, like, when it takes over jerry brock, until the very end, or nearly, and make him last for two or three more movies. when is the lizard guy going to appear!

why do i think it won't top its predecessor

1. the guy from that 70's show is venom which is really gay
2. spiderman won't be evil for more than half of the movie, maybe spiderman will actually kill one of the villians in this one instead of them drowning themselves or stabbing themselves with a flying glider
3. more bullshit love story between gwen stacy and peter and mary jane now (that should be gay)
4. sam raimi wants to do a 4th movie after this so you know it won't be the best one of all
5. did i mention the terrible casting of the guy from that 70's show (topher grace is a pussy)
6. I am a big fan of the comicbook and so far i've failed to see it brought to life in a way that wasn't went to be completely family oriented. I hope this movie isn't a movie everyone under 10 should see, I hope its fucking dark and that spiderman loses his mind completely like it should be. plus I hope venom is nuts and from the teaser and the casting sandman looks awesome.

Toby's voice is the least of my complaints with the spiderman movies. I am a huge comic book geek and that probably works against me when trying to enjoy movies based on comics. I tend to get pissed when they change major parts of a characters identity (i.e. webshooters). For some reason, Spiderman and Spiderman 2 just didn't do anything for me. They are the only comic book moives that I have only watched once (that includes Daredevil and Elektra which are generally derided by comic fandom and yet I have watched them more than once)

I don't think they are poorly made movies by any means, they just don't get my blood pumping. On the other hand, I the X-Men series.I guess it just depends on the person.

That being said, this one looks like it could finally live up to my expectations. From the trailer it looks badass and could possible restore my faith in the Spiderman movie franchise

It depends if it's the end of the trilogy of Spider Man movies...

Spidey, so far, hasn't dealt with two evildoers in a movie (Venom and Sandman), so the action will probably be 24/7.

I just hope that the symbiote Spidey is done correctly..

yes, the whole web cartridge thing was a highlight to Parker's brains. The fact that he had to create those was important, and the fact that they took that out just took away from the symbiote suit. In fact the symbiote suit doesn't have the need for web cartridges, so it basically takes away something that was given to him as an additional power that was almost "natural."

the preview does have me sorta hyped though, it looks like they did the suit pretty good.

i just slowed the trailer down. If you notice either A: Harry osbourne dies when there is a bomb thrown right at his face or B: its a dream sequence. Either way this movie looks damn good.
