various exercises? Which exercises would be the right ones? (I hear that the "pencil-pushup" thing doesn't really work that much.) Would something like keystoneview.com's "Fusion Games, 3D" help? It costs $80 - is there something I could buy for less (or do for free?) I also wonder if reading glasses of some sort would be worth pursuing, considering that they seem to be a crutch, from what I understand. My vision is norm except for the convergence insufficence, the blame for which my doc says lies on one of the eyes instead of both (I think that's how it was but don't take my word.)
