Is it possible it watch video on the Motorola Hint?

I'd like to know if it is possible to get the Motorola Hint to access videos stored on the SD card instead of the phone's internal memory? So for example I record a tv show convert it to .3GP then store it on the 4gb SD card in the phone. Is it poosiblee for the Hint to access and play this 30 -1hour video? If yes, how can I do this? Would I need another app or is it just a setting on the phone?
