for example some one who doesn't like you, will talk to a reporter to publish his lies about you over and over again.

Or a newspaper will keep single you out and write your name in their articles. despite the fact that you dont want to be in the press and you feel you are being bullied
 
If they are reporting facts about you personally, there is nothing you can do. The media has a pass on that. But if they are talking about you and slandering your name without facts, you can take them to court. However, if they are just stories not about you that you think feel like harrassment, good luck. At some point, most newspapers will run a story that offends somebody out there.
