Is it possible for outer space satellites to view images through homes?

No, they have to obey the same laws of physics that a camera parked across the street from your house does. And they have much less resolution than a close-by camera does, because of the distance (hundreds of km).

The roof of your house is opaque to essentially all radiation being emitted in your house, with the possible exception of radio from cell phones, etc. So there's no way to see any images of anything inside.
